  For only 2 cars ahead of us in the drive through we were surprised to have to wait for over 10 minutes. This is very common at this McDonald's, the wait times are always very long. I wasn't in any hurry so it really doesn't matter but I do miss the quick drive through we used to have a McDonald's in previous years, over the years the service has gotten slower and more sloppy. I always check my order because I really hate getting home and the quarter pounder I ordered is replaced with a cheese burger (and yes this has also happened to me recently) I'm not sure if the team needs some more training or if the team is simply to small for the time of day, however I do think it is something for McDonald's in general to think about if they don't want to lose costumers in the future. There are always other fast food options.

  It is actually a good restaurant to visit when you are coming back from Melbourne to Sydney or Wagga Wagga because I feel regardless of its size the customer services great and they also have got almost all the options whatever is available throughout Maccas

  I’d give this review a 0 if I could.
  The Cafe staff are absolutely disgusting girls. Their attitude, the way they glare at you, the dirty looks when you’re simply kind. Needs desperate attention.
  Ordered an iced coffee and chai waited 20 minutes cafe girl just walking off out the back for a good 10 minutes.
  Got a very dirty look when I first walked in to pick up my order when all I am is respectful always. I’ve rang up the store to tell them more details towards the way I was treated which I’m not including in this and they didn’t answer any phone call. The way I was treated made my day not nice as I was looking forward to a visit in Benalla. The front counter guy was glasses was so lovely.
  But the 2 cafe girls are absolutely atrocious need to be fired.
  Was there at 12 pm Thursday 15th June.

  Fairly ordinary service. Ordered takeaway from counter. Waited 13min whilst watching drive through service churning out orders. Finally approached the counter to ask where my order was (Cheeseburger meal) and was informed that the system had lost it????
  Order was filled manually after that but still a long time to wait for "fast" food.
