  1 installers left rusted base and debris of old system on the slab installed new tank on top of rusted base , all it needed was a sweep
  2 installed in unsatisfactory manner with electrical and heat sensor cables exposed to rain and sun and hanging in air , fan box in front of system protuding into driveway space, in flood prone area . Without consultation with me
  3 installed a tank far smaller than existing tank, less than one shower available ,once again no consultation with me no acknowledgment that this is not the appropriate system for the space
  No resolution offered as yet no responsibility
  Update, still no response, i have initiated complaints process with essential energy commissioners office
  Update..david at auspro is sending me around in circles ,refused to acknowledge issues are managemt issues, sent me downstairs to installer who said not his domain
  Contacted david for the multiple dozenrh time , he initially refused to acknowledge trying to fob me off AGAIN, eventually agreed to put me on hold while he spoke to his 'team' yet again. Says management will call shortly but not able to specify when
  Auspro have provided shoddy service, without my informed consent consent gained in deceptive nontransparent manner
  I expect to have to continue with my complaints to local mp and essential energy commissioner.
  Update , chirag desaii the ceo is just as incompetant as his staff, due to the highly unprofessional nature of our verbal conversation ,he was directed by veu cimmissioner to contact me, i had to request all our communication be tecordes in email or txt ,this company has no idea what a customer centred experience is, they are willing to prioritise company profits well above safety, quality, customer consultation ....beware, engage this company at your own risk....or just engage a professional company to begin with

  Definitely a Fraud Company as they don’t pay commission for even Sales person. Few of my friends were not paid as well.
  
  They just got a big fine from Govt. as well for doing something dogdy and their Licence to work is canceled.
  
  All their products are from China and I have never seen this company with any of the good products. Every product they use is cheap. Very Rude Staff and biggest fraud is -Chirag Desai.. !!

  Trustworthy company. The products are Fantastic. I had the replacement of hot water system at my business place. I am fully satisfied with the product. Installers were also humble and polite. I would like to go ahead with many products of Auspro group.

  Terrible after sales support. Our Hot water service started leaking within 3 months and we had to switch it off - it was a week before they booked a plumber in (because "we don't have a plumber in the area").

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Auspro replaced my hot water service at my business late last year. The system failed shortly after, I have made numerous calls to Auspro, speaking with the operators and more often with David since, and they are yet to have a technician come out to look at the problem. They keep promising to call me back, they never do, they promise to have the problem rectified, it never happens. My company has been without hot water since November 2022. Their service is non existent. I wouldn't recommend this company for anything.
